A 22 day Push-up challenge template built in Notion. By the end of the 22 days, your number of unbroken Push-ups should increase by 1.5 times. Based on the workout program created by Athlean-X.

All the details on how to perform the program and how to use the template are provided in the template. Each workout should not take you more than 10 minutes and does not require any equipment. Additionally, you can use the exercise database as a basis to build your own workout programs.
