People tracker in Notion

During these times, keeping in touch with friends, family and our professional contacts can be tough. It’s easy to forget someone’s birthday or forget to check up on somebody. With this Notion template, you have a handy way to track and remember the people you care about.

Key features of this template:

• Automatically puts the corresponding Zodiac sign for each person’s birthdate. Thank you to Red Gregory for this formula.
• Shows if the person’s birthday is today (“Birthday Today!”), the birthday is this week (“Birthday this week!”), if it’s still upcoming this year (✅) or if it has already passed this year(❌).

• Reminder formula to contact a person every X amount of days (you choose how often you would like to keep contact with this person). The formula works by calculating if the last date you contacted the person was more than X days ago if so (📞), if not (👍).
